I John Fuller of Newton in the County of Middlesex and Common wealth of Massachusetts infirm in Body but of sound disposing Mind and Memory thanks to God therefor) so this twenty fourth Day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand seven Hundred and Eighty five do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in the Manner and terms following
Imprimis I commend my Soul to the God who gave it me my Body I commit to the Dust to be buried in a christian decent manner by my Executor hereafter named hoping to receive the same at the Resurrection that the Merits of my Lord and only saviour Jesus Christ concerning the worldly Estate wherewith God has blessed me in this Wold. I dispose thereof as follows viz.
My Will is that my just Debts and funeral charges be paid speedily after my Decease by my Executor and if William Fleming (so called) shall live with me or my fam till he arrive to twenty one years of age that he shall have good school Learning and well cared while in my care.
Item The whole of my Estate (after my debts and funeral charges are paid) whichever Real or Personal or mixed of whatever Name or Denomination wherever lying and being I will and bequeath to my loving Brother Joseph Fuller who I constitute and appoint sole executor of this my last Will and Testement.
In Witness whereof I the said John Fuller have to this my last Will and Testament set my Hand and Seal the Day and Year aforewritten.

To all People to whom these Presents shall come Oliver Prescott Esquire, Judge of the Probate of Wills &c in the County of Middlesex, within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, sendeth Greeting.
Know Ye, That on the fourth Day of October Anno Domini 1786 the Instrument hereunto annexed (purporting the last Will and Testament of John Fuller late of Newton in said County gentleman deceased) was presented for Probate by Joseph Fuller the Executor therein named; then present Leonard Williams Esq., Elisha Livermore Jr. & John Clark Jr. Witnesses thereto subscribed, who made Oath, that they saw the said Testator sign, seal and heard him declare the said Instrument to be his last Will and Testament, and that they subscribed their Names together as Witnesses to the Execution thereof in the said Testators Presence; and that he was then (to the best of their Judgment) of sound and disposing Mind:
I Do Prove, Approve, and Allow of the said Instrument as the last Will and Testament of the beforenamed deceased, and do commit the Administration thereof in all Matters the same concerning, and of his Estate whereof he died seiz’d and possess’d in said County, unto Joseph Fuller the before named Executor, well and faithfully to Execute the said Will; and to administer the Estate of the said deceased according thereto; who accepted of his said Trust, and gave bond to pay debts & legacies according to having and he shall render an Account (upon Oath) of his Proceedings, when thereunto lawfully required.
In Testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal of Office, the Day and Year above-written.
