Know all men by these present that I John Fuller of Cambridge in New England have for and in consideration of forty six pounds to me in hand payd by Richard Sanger of Watertown, sold assigned & sold over unto the said Richard Sanger, all my right title & interest unto the orchard & lot above & on the other side mentioned in the Mayhew deed of sale, for the said Richard Sanger his heyres or assignes to enjoy forever as witness my hand the 15th of May on thousand six hundred fifty and seaven. 1657 | |
